A field that, like air, saturates our existence…
I’m thrilled to share that I have a new blog! It’s called Luminous Living with Miriam Ava and you can find it on Patheos’ Spirituality Channel.
My relationship to this new journey couldn’t be more symbolic and synergistic. It’s a symbolic step because it marks a new chapter in my evolution as a writer. Connecting with Patheos and creating Luminous Living has given me the opportunity to honor my inner stirrings. I’d been seeking a community that nourishes and holds space for spirit to unfold in its manyfold ways (which, funny enough, are one) for a while. We’re god in drag, as Deepak likes to say, and I happen to agree. Inhabiting one’s way of life is a private matter, and yet collectively we benefit to hear each other’s stories.
Partnering with Patheos is also synergistic because it allows us to bring my passion for vibrant health to a deep and wide audience. I’m not an MD but my PhD brain and desire for creating an optimal ecology both inside and outside of myself have energized my research into what lets us thrive. In Luminous Living I focus on health and mindfulness in the most divine sense possible. Look forward to thought-provoking articles, inspiring interviews, and practical tools to up the glow of your life.
We need to birth our true selves. It’s what I’ve been doing. Things have been percolating and I’m getting ready for the final push. For years I’ve been healing my gut; my diet couldn’t be cleaner; I exercise and meditate. And yet, occasionally, I still blow up inside.
Stepping into our own power equals vibrancy. You cannot hold back your divinity and expect your body to thrive. So do what you need to do in order to feel whole, to viscerally re-cognize that you’re embodied to bring forth the beauty you’re here to create. Feet firmly on the ground. Rooted. Revering.
It’s liberating to be who you are, and it is vital. I invite you to join me on this journey of living luminously. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when a new post goes live. Share with your friends and family.
I’m grateful for the doors that have opened and I enjoy walking through them. I wish the same to you.
It’s my desire that Luminous Living inspires your beliefs, like a divine earthquake would, so more of us remember our ability to realize our potential. Join me.
P.S.: Colors of Gratitude is my creative baby; you can continue to look forward to a fresh, fabulous post every Sunday. If you haven’t signed up for the Weekly Guts and/or Monthly Digest yet, do so in the sidebar.
